Contractual Information

Please be aware that once a commission is booked with Mount and Blade you (the client) have entered into a contract and I (for and on behalf of Mount and Blade) reserve the right to claim 50% of the total due should you (the client) breach this contract.

A breach is as follows:

i) Agreeing to a date for the work to be commissioned but failing to inform Mount and Blade of your decision not to go ahead.  This will result in earnings lost to the business for that particular period of time and you (the client) will be invoiced for 50% of the projected cost of the commission.

ii) Agreeing to a date for the work to be commissioned but failing to provide Mount and Blade with adequate notice to cancel the same.  This will result in earnings lost to the business for that particular period of time and you (the client) will be invoiced for 50% of the projected cost of the commission.

Should you (the client) decide not to go ahead with a commission please provide 4 weeks’ notice to Mount and Blade, in writing and all arrangements will be cancelled.  Failure to do so will result in the above action being taken.

Should you have any questions regarding the above please do not hesitate to contact Mount and Blade.
